How do you get Athlete's Foot?

Athlete's Foot, also known as Tinea Pedis, can be caused by direct contact with someone already infected. It can also be contracted by touching a surface with the infection. It is commonly found in showers, changing rooms and around swimming pools as the fungus thrives in environments that are warm and moist.
